National Careers Week is a one-week celebration of careers guidance and free resources in education across the UK.
Our aim at Upwell is to provide a focus for careers guidance activity at an important stage in the academic calendar to help support our Year 5 & 6 pupils develop awareness and excitement about their future pathways. This week they had visits from various professions, including the Police, IT and the church. A huge thank you to PC cage, Mrs Thorrold and Mr and Mrs O’Regan that joined us and shared a wealth of knowledge. Future visits are planned outside of Careers Week, which we look forward to.
