We had a very special visit from Father Christmas this week! He arrived on his sleigh around 11am this morning. The children were soooo silent listening for his reindeer’s bells!
Christmas joy filled the assembly hall as our Reception Class and KS1 pupils welcomed their families to their heart-warming performance of the Christmas Nativity.
Peterborough came in on Monday of this week, to lead an exciting assembly. Peter Burrow, their mascot, turned up too and challenged some of the teachers to a hilarious dance off!
Our Year 3 children embarked on a journey back in time to Ancient Egypt, bringing the rich history and culture of this ancient civilisation to life.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who attended our Christmas Fayre on Friday, 29th November! The event was a resounding success, with a wonderful festive atmosphere filling the school. It was fantastic to see so many families, friends, and members of the community coming together to celebrate the season and support our Academy.
A Big Thank You to Outwell Post Office for generously donating some exciting goodies to the Christmas Fayre and the children (more news next week).
Today we have had a fantastic History themed day in Year 2. The children were invited to dress up as Romans to take part in a full day of Roman activities.
We launched the Advent season with a Christingle service in which our Year 4 children shared Christmas songs and poems.
As we continue to add new books to our wonderful library, we encourage our children and families to log in and engage with our online library platform.
Mrs Marsters and our Year 6 children attended Norfolk Constabulary’s Anti-Social Behaviour Awareness Webinar this week.A member of Norfolk Constabulary’s Youth Engagement Team staff, along with a Safer Schools Police Officer, delivered the session.
Our Kids with Bricks Club had another successful week! The current theme is Space. Children have a huge amount of fun while developing strategy, resilience and confidence skills.
