Today, our Year 5 Football Team took part in the West Norfolk School Sports Partnership Cluster tournament held at Hillcrest Primary school.

Earlier this week we sent a team of KS2 girls to complete in the West Norfolk School Sports Partnership Downham Cluster Bee Netball Tournament held at Downham Market Academy.
It was a pleasure to welcome so many parents and family members to our Spring Term Parent consultations this week. These were held over two evenings, with our Pupil Leadership and Academy Council members supporting to ensure everything was set up.
Red Nose Day today was a barrel of laughs. PLT asked all pupils to bring in their funniest joke to share and they had the tough job of choosing their favourites.
It was extremely difficult for teachers to decide and winners, which were announced this week in a special assembly. Well-done everyone.

Stem in the Fens!
As part of Cambridge Science Centre's outreach program, March Community Centre hosted "Stem in the Fens', an interactive experience showcasing STEM subjects. Harry and Hera from Year 5 spent time investigating engineering, geology, states of matter and the science of seed dispersal amongst other areas.
Thanks to FOSA and The Edith Blunt Trust, our Year 5 pupils are well on their way to the Junior Duke Award. Today they were all presented with their home/school packs in a special assembly.
