The week kicked off with Healthy Cooking Sessions for all. Our focus on giving the children opportunities to learn different culinary skills and provide tools that can support both their mental health and wellbeing.
It was also able to remind the children that it is important to think and talk about how they are feeling both physically and mentally, and to consider who they might want to turn to when needed. The delicious aromas across school and smiles on children’s faces as they prepared their classes chosen healthy treats was memorable for all.
