Today we have had a fantastic History themed day in Year 2. The children were invited to dress up as Romans to take part in a full day of Roman activities.
We have been Roman Mathematicians learning about Roman Numerals, Roman Soldiers practising our marching and formations, completing freeze-frames of battle scenes, Roman artists designing our own mosaics and Roman armours designing and painting Roman shields.
We have thoroughly enjoyed our day, and we have learnt lots about Roman life.
A huge thank you to Mrs Johnson and the Year 2 team for planning and leading such an exciting and informative day for our children to remember.
